These Terms of Service apply to your use of the DIG-BOY Machinery website and online store. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

DIG-BOY Machinery sells compact loaders, skid steer loaders, attachments, spare parts, and related equipment.

Product specifications, images, descriptions, availability, and prices may be updated from time to time. Dimensions, weights, performance data, engine options, colors, attachments, and technical specifications are provided for reference and may vary by configuration, production batch, supplier update, or destination market.

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product, engine option, attachment, and configuration are suitable for their intended use and local requirements.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, at checkout, or in a written quotation, product prices do not include shipping, import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, GST/VAT, unloading charges, storage fees, remote-area delivery charges, installation, training, or optional attachments.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

After an order is placed, we may review the product configuration, payment status, delivery address, shipping method, compliance requirements, and customer information before accepting, producing, packing, or dispatching the order.

We may contact you to confirm details before processing. We may refuse, cancel, or hold an order if information is incomplete, payment is not verified, the order appears fraudulent, the delivery location is unavailable, the product cannot be supplied as ordered, or compliance requirements cannot be confirmed.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout or another method confirmed in writing by DIG-BOY Machinery.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment and order details are verified. For bank transfer or manual payment orders, processing may begin only after payment is received and confirmed.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring that the delivery site can safely receive the product.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, GST/VAT, port charges, permits, and compliance requirements unless the order is clearly confirmed in writing as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

The customer is responsible for checking whether the product is suitable and legally compliant for the intended country, state, province, or region before purchase.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Warranty support is governed by our Warranty and After-Sales Support Policy, if published, or by the written warranty terms provided with the product, quotation, or invoice.

Heavy equipment can be dangerous if used incorrectly. The customer is responsible for safe operation, operator training, jobsite safety, routine maintenance, and compliance with local laws, workplace rules, and safety regulations.

Do not operate any machine or attachment without reading the user manual and safety instructions. Do not exceed rated capacity or use equipment for purposes outside its intended design.

We work to keep website information accurate and up to date, but errors may occur. We do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, or delivery information are complete, current, or error-free.

If an error is discovered, we may correct it and contact you if it affects your order.

Our store may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and Shopify services. Your use of these services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIG-BOY Machinery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit, downtime, rental cost, substitute equipment cost, business interruption, customs delay, carrier delay, or loss caused by improper use or maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date.
