Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how DIG-BOY Machinery ships compact loaders, skid steer loaders, attachments, spare parts, and related equipment.

Order Processing

After you place an order, we review the product configuration, delivery destination, shipping access, payment status, and any required shipping or compliance information. For large equipment orders, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm details before production, packing, or dispatch.

Standard order processing normally begins after payment confirmation. Built-to-order machines, custom configurations, engine options, attachment packages, and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Lead Time

Estimated lead times vary by model, configuration, stock status, destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Typical lead time will be confirmed after order review. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in communication with us is an estimate unless confirmed in writing.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination and order size, we may ship by ocean freight, truck freight, container shipment, local delivery partner, freight depot, or courier for smaller parts.

Large machines may require forklift access, unloading equipment, commercial delivery access, or collection from a port, warehouse, or freight depot. If your delivery address has limited access, please contact us before shipment.

Shipping Charges

Unless clearly stated on the product page, at checkout, or in a written quotation, product prices do not include shipping, import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, unloading fees, storage fees, remote-area fees, or destination handling charges.

Shipping charges, when available, are calculated based on destination, product weight, product size, shipping method, and service level.

For large machines, we may need to confirm shipping cost manually before dispatch.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, GST/VAT, port charges, and other government or carrier fees.

Unless an order is clearly confirmed in writing as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local compliance requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee information, tax identification information if required, and any documents requested by customs, carriers, or local authorities.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the shipment when it arrives. If the crate, package, or machine appears damaged, note the damage on the carrier delivery record, take photos before unpacking, and contact us within 48 hours.

Please keep the packaging, crate, pallet, shipping label, and delivery documents until the issue is resolved.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, storage, redelivery, remote delivery, or customer delay may be charged to the customer.
